Biscotto is singular and biscotti is plural. So when you ask for biscotti, make sure they give you more than one, actually make sure they give you many because you can’t just eat one biscotto at a time! Especially my childhood favorite Pan di Stelle that just melts in your mouth!

- 260 gr di farina di mandorle
- 1/4 di cucchiaino di sale marino
- 1/4 di cucchiaino di bicarbonato di sodio
- 55 gr di olio di cocco
- 100 gr di cioccolato fondente
- zucchero a velo
- Unire in una ciotola la farina di mandorle, il sale marino ed il bicarbonato di sodio e mescolare.
- Sciogliere a bagno maria il cioccolato fondente con l'olio di cocco e unire agli ingredienti asciutti. Lavorare fino ad ottenere un impasto morbido ed omogeneo.
- Formare delle stelle con uno stampino e sistemare su una teglia da forno.
- Cuocere in forno a 350 °F (180 °C) per 7-10 minuti.
- Lasciare raffreddare, spolverare con dello zucchero a velo e servire.
Ingredients
260 grams of almond flour
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
55 grams of coconut oil
100 gr of dark chocolate
powdered sugar
Method
Combine the almond flour, sea salt and baking soda in a bowl and mix.
Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil in a water bath and add to the dry ingredients. Work until you get a soft and homogeneous mixture.
Shape into stars with a mold and place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 350 ° F (180 ° C) for 7-10 minutes.
Allow to cool, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
